Terms & Conditions bilacuci

1. Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and bilacuci ("Platform", "we", "us"), which operates this website under an international licence.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by bilacuci, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

This agreement covers all products offered on the bilacuci platform including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, basketball betting, and any other services that may be added from time to time.

2. Player Eligibility

To be eligible to use the bilacuci platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the date of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party or any other business entity without written authorisation from bilacuci.
• Not have been declared legally incompetent by any relevant court.

3. Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at bilacuci. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. bilacuci reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept secure and not shared with anyone. bilacuci will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

4. Deposits and Payments

bilacuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. All deposits received are held in the player's account in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• All deposits are subject to bilacuci's automated security checks and verification.
• bilacuci reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits that are suspicious or linked to fraudulent activity.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment information entered is accurate. bilacuci is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from errors in information provided by the player.
• bilacuci does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes of approval. This period may vary depending on the payment service provider and current network conditions.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• All wagering requirements associated with any bonus received must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the same player.
• bilacuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third parties or to accounts held in another person's name are strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bilacuci offers a 100% welcome bonus up to RM888 on a new player's first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Total balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Total balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

General terms for all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• bilacuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the system.
• bilacuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted directly into cash.

7. Game Rules

All games on the bilacuci platform, including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting (including mix parlay), fishing games, and others, are operated in accordance with their respective rules available within the relevant game interface.

• bilacuci is not responsible for technical disruptions that occur outside our control. Should a technical issue arise during a game session, affected bets will be settled based on valid server records.
• Results obtained through the use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools are void.
• For sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. bilacuci reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.

8. Player Responsibilities

Each player is fully responsible for ensuring that gambling does not affect their financial health, personal relationships, or professional obligations. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that gambling is for entertainment purposes only and not as a primary source of income.

Players must:

• Set personal spending limits and adhere to them with discipline.
• Contact bilacuci customer support if assistance is needed regarding responsible gambling.
• Not borrow money for the purpose of gambling.
• Ensure that no underage individuals have access to their account.

9. Restrictions and Account Closure

bilacuci reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Violation of any terms in this agreement.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Use of a false identity or misleading information during registration.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting bilacuci customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all relevant investigations are complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

bilacuci does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, bilacuci is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from a player's betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or directives from authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's own negligence.

11. Data Protection

bilacuci respects player privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected. The collection, storage, and use of player data is governed by bilacuci's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By accepting these terms, you give bilacuci consent to process your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with licensing requirements.

12. Responsible Gambling

bilacuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our platform provides self-exclusion tools and betting limits to help players manage their gaming habits. Players may contact our customer support at any time for more information about these tools.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bilacuci holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a recognised body in the relevant jurisdiction. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome may also refer the matter to the international licensing regulatory body that issued bilacuci's licence.

The language used in all dispute proceedings shall be Malay or English, as agreed upon by both parties.
